The investment involved the execution of the following objectives: football field with natural turf, synthetic multifunctional field, grandstands with 400 seats, two buildings, mountaineering panel, bowling alley, running track with sand pit jump, pedestrian and road alleys , parking, retention pool, fire pool, objective guard cabin.

The football field with natural turf with an area of ​​8030 sqm, which has automated drainage and irrigation systems, has professional night equipment with a height of 35 meters and is completely surrounded by safety nets. The synthetic field is multifunctional for football, handball and volleyball and has a usable area of ​​7446 square meters.

It has a shock absorbing layer with all the necessary accessories for use, being equipped with a professional nightstand with a height of 25 meters. The investment also involved the construction of two buildings, building A, ground floor + 1 height regime in the built area of ​​891 square meters and Building B, ground floor height regime, with a built area of ​​99.91sqm. The two bodies house locker rooms, toilets with showers and saunas, gym, meeting room and reception.
