Construction of administrative building / offices Gf + 4

The investment involved the construction of an office building with a ground floor + 4 height regime, fencing, alleys, parking lots and site organization. The building has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 34.7 by 39.75 meters and has a height of 22.15 meters and an area of ​​6368 square meters. The structure of the building is made on frames made of pillars with beams and structural core made of reinforced concrete, organized with a frame of 6.5 by 6.5 meters.

The exterior enclosures on the main and rear façade, approximately 1600 square meters, are in Cortina wall system, with aluminum profiles and thermal insulation panels made of clear glass alternating with opaque glass. Side facades, approx. 1200 square meters, were made with aluminum metal boxes in ventilated facade system and windows with aluminum profiles. The roof is of the non-circulating terrace type, made in an inverted terrace system with thermal insulation made of extruded polystyrene and waterproofing with PVC membrane.

The project proposed the construction of a class A office building, which houses specific functions, compatible with each other, as follows: main access and reception area – 146.95 square meters; secondary access and distribution hall – 73.90 square meters; office area – 3257.65 square meters; meeting rooms – 195.25 square meters; canteen, kitchen and related spaces – 240.9 square meters; technical spaces and room – 209.8 square meters; storage rooms – 177.65 square meters; traffic nodes, stairs and elevators – 378.5 square meters; bathrooms by sex – 198.5 square meters; air-conditioned room – 395.6 square meters.
